- No Cloud Accounts Required: SolarPlanner does not require you to create an account, sign in, or store any personal information on remote servers.

All data you provide is used exclusively for on-device processing, including:
- Generating solar system sizing plans tailored to your energy needs.
- Calculating peak sun hours for your specific geographic location.
- Producing detailed bill of materials and wiring diagrams for your project.
All processing happens entirely on your device. No project data is transmitted to external servers.
3. Data Sharing & Disclosure
Your privacy is fundamental to how SolarPlanner operates:
- No Data Sold: We never sell, rent, or trade your personal or project data to third parties.
- Local PDF Exports: PDF reports and wiring diagrams are generated entirely on your device and are never uploaded to any server.
- Anonymous Crash Analytics: We may collect anonymous, non-identifiable crash reports to improve app stability. These contain no personal or project data.
4. Data Storage & Security
SolarPlanner is designed with a local-first architecture:
- All project data is stored locally on your device using encrypted local storage.
- No server uploads or cloud synchronization occurs at any point.
- Your data remains under your full control at all times.
5. Your Rights
You have complete control over your data:
- Delete individual projects or all stored data at any time from within the app.
- No account is needed, so there is no account deletion process required.
- Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored project data from your device.
